The Bulls got their third consecutive NBA title and Jordan himself got his seventh straight scoring title .The Air Jordan VIII was heavier and thicker than previous style. However,its base was close to its predecessors and its midsole design was similar to Air Jordan VII. Compared to the previous models,Air Jordan 8 added the thickness and hardness to the ankle so as to protect athlete's feet. To our surprise,the shoes were only made three different color combinations.The shoes were produced in less quantity than the Air Jordan VII. The Air Jordan VIII was re-retroed in September 2007.
